FOR GRAPES

What Root’s can do specifically for a vineyard

The system was built for vineyards, so this is where it has the most ready-made tools.

Trellis rows on the map

Row layout by the cardinal directions, manually or along the terrain; each cell has its own variety.

Six grape diseases

Downy mildew, powdery mildew, grey and black rot, anthracnose, chlorosis — probability over a period and a reference sheet for each.

Sugar content measurements

Executors enter measurements into cells from the phone, including without a connection.

ripeness forecast horizon

We used to spray the vineyard against downy mildew by the calendar — 8–10 times a season. With Root’s only after real infection periods, and there are half as many sprays.

The ripeness forecast lets us plan the harvest by block two weeks ahead — the winery runs without downtime.
