Vegetables, greens and seedlings under cover
Stable microclimate and harvest in the greenhouse all year round
Root’s keeps temperature, humidity and VPD within the normal corridor, controls vents, supplemental lighting and fertigation, and warns about diseases.

FARM TASKS
Overheating, condensation and overuse — under control
The main losses in a greenhouse come from climate and diseases
Overheating and burns
A sharp rise in temperature on a sunny day — vents and shading respond automatically.

climate control
We used to catch overheating when the leaves were already burnt. Now the vents open by themselves by VPD, and we learn about grey mould risk in advance from the dew point.
In one season we cut fertiliser use in fertigation by almost a third — irrigation follows substrate moisture, not a timer.
