Three roles — and not a single unnecessary setting
Staff are added by the owner: email, password, name, phone and role. No separate registration is needed; you can block someone without deleting them — access disappears immediately.
Owner
Sees and changes everything: farms, plots, equipment, analytics, tasks. The only one who manages staff and pays for the subscription.
Chief agronomist
Works with all data on a par with the owner, sets and closes walk-through tasks. Sees staff but does not change them; does not manage the subscription.
Executor
Sees only the tasks assigned to them and the plots they need, enters measurements from the phone. Other sections are hidden.
How work on the task is going
A task is needed to send people to take measurements in the right cells of the field and see the result with a forecast. The task list can be filtered by status, farm and plot.
The agronomist creates a task
Name, description, farm, plot, grid, what to measure, executors, deadlines. Cells are on the map, and you can leave a note for each.
The executor sees their tasks
Enters measurements from the phone
Selects a cell on the map, enters the value, date and comment — the measurement is linked to the task automatically.
The agronomist checks
A cell map, a table of measurements and a chart with a forecast in the task card. You can add cells and correct any measurement.
